SAP CRM – problem with WebClient UI

Sometimes users try to open multiple WebClient UI browser windows or tabs and see error like on below screen. This is a standard behavior of SAP CRM WebClient UI and the error is related to certain restrictions.

What’s going on?

You should use parameter icm/HTTP/esid_max_ctx to increase or restrict the number of browser tabs using the WebClient UI. For example:
