In my scenario I used secured URLs (https) so to resolve this issue I had to add my trusted certificates to correct KeyStore View. I initially added my rootca and subca to “TicketKeystore” view but it didn’t resolve my problem. The correct Keystore was “WebServiceSecurity” view.
