SAP PO – Applocking service, XI Application “Repository” failed

According to the above error in log, I found information like “The user does not have permission: applocking, Action: logical_locking_create…“

Solution

To resolve the above error we have two possibilities.

First option. The user should have the “logical_locking_create” UME action:

Second option. Sometimes above UME action is not enough. Then You should think about disabling “secureMode”. Navigate to: Java System Properties, select the Services Tab and press “Show Advanced Properties” like:

It resolved my issue and permit me finish configuration wizard.
