SAP Solution Manager 7.2 – How to repair a failed import transport request

In CHaRM sometimes when trying to change the status to: “Imported into Production” we get the error:

### Full error:
Details Unable to successfully complete import into production system
Details Status was reset by system
Details Transport request SIDK900003 has not yet been imported into system SID.
Transaction 8000000312 saved


In SM 7.2 run transaction: SM_WORKCENTER and next:

Select the appropriate Task List and select the option: “Decalre Import Errors as Repaired“:

we choose the right transport:


Transport has disappeared from the list.

Now, we try once again change the status to “Imported into Production“. You can see that the status has changed correctly:
