Sometimes in Solman 7.2 in jobs like “SM:UPLOAD SYSTEM DATA“, “SM:LMDB GENERIC UPLOAD“, “SM:SYNC SAP SESSION“, “SEND_SYSTEM_RELATIONSHIP_TO_SUPP” or “REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT” You may have a problem communicating to SAP. You can see error “Connection refused by server (ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_REFUSED)“.

The above problems may be due to a changed configuration in the proxy area or URL access path if you go through a saprouter.

Solution

Run SOAMANAGER->tab Service Administration->Web Service Configuration

filter the object type with: “Consumer Proxy” and object name with ‘*HUB*’:

Verify the above four consumer proxy transport settings tab. Here You’ll find the configuration for URL or Proxy. Check and if necessary correct the configuration to the correct one.
